At RNIB Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Return

Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization number.

Package Your Items

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

Ship the Parcel

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
